Build up the layers of paint around the centre of the acrylic sheet so that it is opaque. If you are finding this hard to do with a paint brush, your can swap to a foam brush and stipple the paint on to fill any gaps or streaks.
Firstly you need to hydrate the gel beads. The beads will expand in size a lot, so it's important you find a large enough container to hold them in – a plastic storage tub or tote is ideal.
