You will first need to enable Photo Library Access from the App Settings and optionally grant OS permission depending on your mobile device OS platform and version. Notice that this is required only once.

Turn on Bluetooth on your device. Note: no need to pair and/or connectyour device to the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector from your device Bluetooth settings menu; The App will automatically locate the smART sketcher®2.0 Projector. No animations will be shown on the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector when using activity content SOS mode. The SD card insertion might not been detected by the smART sketcher® Projector. You can try to trigger an SD card detection by pressing the two white arrow buttons on the Projector. You should first press the Rightarrow button, keep it pressed and then press on the Leftbutton for at least 2 second and then release both. If you see an Activation Error message when using your SD card, follow the below steps to try and fix it.

Make sure your SD card is inserted to the smARTsketcher® Projector ear and the Activation Err message is projected. If the smART sketcher®2.0 Projector (named: smART_sketcher2.0) appears in the list of paired devices, make sureto unpair it. Choose one of the three filters at the bottom of the screen. Adjust the brightness by swiping the slider. Before following the steps in the below troubleshooting guide first make sure the smART sketcher®2.0 Projector is operating correctly: if the Projector is under-powered, Bluetooth connectivity will not work.

The smART sketcher Projector App is compatible with both the original smART sketcher® Projector and smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector.Once you have selected a drawing, press the white Forward arrowto start. Trace the projected step, than press the white Forward arrow to move to the next step. This product is worth every penny. It helps both eye-hand coordination, but also creativity skills. If another SD card was detected in the smART sketcher Projector ear, the following message will be shown: Make sure your smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector is connected to the App using Bluetooth. (See instructionson how to connect the App for further details.) Turn on Bluetooth on your device. The SD might not be inserted correctly. Make sure the flat side of the card faces outward. Wiggle it gently to make sure it’s all the way in.This means that the user needs to make sure Bluetooth is Enabled and to provide the App permissions to use it. This is a one-time step; once the permission was provided, the App will not ask for it again. Bluetooth access privileges are required on devices runningiOS 13and above. If your device Bluetooth is turned on, the smART sketcher® App will automatically start scanning for the smART sketcher® Projector.

You should not pair/connectthe smART sketcher®Projector to your device via the Android Bluetooth settings menu. This will prevent the smART sketcher®Projector App from finding the smART sketcher®Projector. To verify the smART sketcher® Projector is not paired in your Android Bluetooth settings menu: In the main screen, drag the Settings Cogwheelto the right and release it to enter the Settings menu. Sure. If you already have a Flycatcher account, you can sign-in to the App with it from multiple devices.

In the Main screen, locate the Settings Cogwheel icon at the top left corner of the screen. Drag the icon to the right to access the Settings screen. Please note that that smART sketcher®2.0 Projector will automatically reduce it's brightness to "Efficiency mode" in case the power level is low.
