The A119 V3 uses a narrower field of view ( quoted at 140° diagonal) compared to the previous A119 versions which actually improves the ability to capture license plate numbers since objects look closer in the video and there is less fish-eye effect. HK4 isn't compatible with Mini Port A119V3/A129 Duo/A129 Pro Duo/A129 Plus Duo Dash Camera/A129 Plus Duo IR. Viofo cams develop at light-speed, so I can't recommend one over another as what may be "best" today could change with a newer version tomorrow.
