The romantic plot of this book is also remarkable. Ryke and Daisy's attraction towards each other in the earlier books was very apparent but this time, their feelings are already unstoppable. I especially love the way Ryke comforts Daisy and supports her whenever she experiences night terrors and paranoia. The way he always stays with her despite the fact that everyone around them are against their love affair was so touching. I’m aware that Raisy are a favorite to some and while I didn’t personally love them — I’m happy others were able to.
